the chain link works especially well if you put it behind a couple of sections of diamond harrows.
old horse drawn equipment behind a quad will do wonders too.
when my lane gets too rough I put an old 6 foot single disc behind the Polaris to knock the tops off,followed up by the diamond harrows and chain link.
