Just found this thread, this is what I did, when I interviewed for my job, I told that boy that we hunt, we hunt hard, early on we did but not so much in these last couple of years. Anyway it was understood, I was takin lotsd of time off...kid has been grown a while now...he will be 32 in April, damn I am old...anyway we set up leases in quite a few places to be able to load the car with immediates and have all when we get there...I am not as young as you Lilred.....so I dont have the "luxury" of little ones and a very understanding boss.....
