Tater, congrats on your new Mossy

Other than the factory choke sets I've got w/Browning, Beretta, Remington, etc., I've bought and used only Briley and Carlson. Briley is nice, the Carlson's I got for steel shot on steel only clay ranges. Both do what I bought them to do rather well.
As far as which are best for different applications, tighter chokes for Turkey (Full, Ex Full) & waterfowl (Full, Imp Mod), open them up for upland game (Mod, Cyl). A lot of it depends on the area and range of the shots. Unfortunately, you'd have more choice if you shot a double barrel

= two different choke choices at an instant.
If you do a little research you can read a long time, I suggest you go to a shotgun only forum and do a search, there's guys out there that live and breath only shotguns out there, hope this helps, Waidmannsheil, Dom.
