I also have an early 06 ...with a Stith mount and a Kollmorgan Bear Cub(pre Redfield) scope. Crosshairs are a little fine but that thing shoots pretty good. Love those ol M-70s. I only have 6 left at the present time. But looking at a post war 300H&H Supergrade.
