Not really able to give a good idea about the true value. A couple of things to keep in mind though.

1. Unless the scope and mounts are premium brands and in excellent condition, their presence on a used firearm add very little to its value.

2. The Winchester M-100 is in general a pretty decent rifle. The first centerfire I ever owned was a M-100 in .308. But remember that they have not been made for many years and that replacement parts and repairs will be difficult and expensive to obtain.
