Thanks for the responses fellas. If it were myself, I would pick this rifle up in a heartbeat but I am very meticulous about my guns. After any range season or days spent afield, they are automatically cleaned and lubricated. While I love my brother dearly, he is a gun slob (rarely cleaning his firearms ) When I come down to visit him and his family, a day is typically set aside to do some plinking but in reality, after seeing the appalling condition of his firearms, I have spent more time cleaning them than actually shooting them!

Because of this, I am trying to disuade my brother from picking this (or any other autoloading rifle save the Benelli perhaps) because of his cleaning habits (or complete lack thereof)

I am amazed that he obtains the accuracy that he does in all honesty. He once asked me about getting into muzzleloading after shooting a couple of my rifles and I just laughed at him. I could only imagine black powder and seized breach plugs at his hands!
