You know you actually nailed the problem very clearly. Companies buying debt that holds as equity... more debt, and to think... Bush's no child left behind came too late.
I had to take economics curses in order to receive the designations I hold... and even a dolt such as I grasped a little of free market... and I had to come up with 20% if I wanted a mortgage in 1973-1975 when I built my house.
