Just read the PA bill which was established Feb 5, 2008. That's almost a year ago. I don't think Obama had anything to do with this particular bill.
Not that this bill isn't concerning to me, but I don't see the link between it and the President Elect
(unfortunately HC doesn't have a smiley of a guy puking). I would have thought if this was going to be passed it would have already. Not that I know anything about how long it takes a new bill to get passed, but I'm assuming less than 1 year?
