Rem 700 trigger
I haven't tried a Remington 700 since they introduced their new trigger. Ads say "new and improved" but a friend of mine thinks otherwise. He tried one today in a gun store and was told that the trigger is NOT adjustable. He said the trigger pull was crisp with no creep but that it felt like about 5# pull weight. This was a heavy barrel varmint model and he didn't buy it.
Any thoughts on the new trigger? Is it really not adjustable?
