I have a local Micky D that is close to the house and rather convenient. The manager is Hispanic, all the employees are Hispanic ans if a non-Hispanic comes in, rudeness pervails including "No Habla." when you order from some of the people they have working there.
I've written Micky D headquarters several times with complaints about the rudeness of the staff and that seems to have stopped but when I went the last time, I got a kid who could not even speak a word of English.
I hollered for the manager to complain and he asked me to leave. Guess he didn't want my money and Micky D HQ got another super nastygram. Too many complaints and they'll lose their franchise.
