I stopped at a yard sale on friday. Best deal they had was a Massey Ferguson 45 horse tractor with cab, AC, and half a dozen attachments (brush hog, tiller, rake, finishing mower, sickle mower, carryall) for $13k with less than 50 hours on the tractor. It belonged to the woman's husband who passed away not long after they bought it.
I didn't have $13K to drop on it or it would be at the house already. However I have spread the word to a few buddies of mine. Heck if it works out I might get a chicken fried steak dinner as a finders fee.
