Your are correct, but I think its a beginning to returning to a better Australia.
We still, for the moment have our firearms and need to keep fighting to keep them. If we had a legitimate leader in the White House instead of the pretender masquerading as a leader, then the Australian Presidents statements could be applied here also.
Just my thoughts.
