There was a rumour about 15 years ago but I don't believe it amounted to much at the time. Concerning the ammunition it is, I believe, our achilles heel. We may have a constitutional right to firearms but the constitutional right to ammunition. Before the election Obama expressed support for just this legislation in addressing gun control. I just hope he doesn't have the oportunity to pursue it.
