(I was also at a gun show when the guy ran the info frome the driver lic even thow he did not have to becouse they had a purchase permit he was informed not to sell the person a gun in any way or form.)
Ah huh..running a drive license might have showed a DUI in the past and was being used to stop a sale.....I do think this is what is in the making..we will one day find that if you have had a DUI or any other kind of mark on your record you will be denied your right to own a firearm..why do I think this?..I have seen a few denied border crossing because they had a DUI 20 yrs ago...humm...next?..anybody that has had a stopsign violation...denied.
