Every gun show I go to has tables with hundreds of $3 to $15 Chinese knives. Not a one of them worth having. I agree with you Dutchman1, I've not found a single Chinese made knife that I would bother to put in my pocket. You just cannot skimp on quality steel and still expect them to take and edge and keep an edge. I don't know why but many of the knife companies seem to be quit making knives with S30V and ATS-34 steel and gone back to 440 stainless. I'm not impressed those knives made with the cheaper steel at all and count myself lucky to have picked up my Benchmade, GT, Cabela's Alaska hunting knives and Al Mar Knives while they were still made with quality steel.
