I read somewhere just the othe day that the state of Missouri not only has a similar law, but have passed a law making English the official language of the state. IIRC, California has to write ballot, for example in something like (IIRC) 51 differenernt laguages and dialects.
Sure would same those fruits, nuts and flakes a hell of a lot of money if they did the same.
Oh wait. That would not be politically correct.
