http://www.eabco.com/m1_carbine_ruger_1022_tribute.htm is one source for a M1 Carbine Conversion Kit for the 10/22.

http://www.hawktecharms.com/stocks/stocks.htm and another source.

I did a google search and found those two in a few minutes.
