As many no this is my kids last year as a youth so we have hunted hard open morn on nov 15 fog was bad by me and the kid did good.
we had a small buck come out of the fog i told him to shoot it we argued about it being a yearling by the time we got it setteled it was a antlered deer it was gone.
On the evening hunt the deer started comeing out and two yearling come out and we were watching them then a deer steped out that was a adult doe and we descused how to tell then he shot it about 100 yards hi lung shot
on the nov 16 morn hunt 2 yearlings steped out again then a adult deer steped out we were watching it and it looked our way it was a spike so he took a shot at it it was about the same range they came out at the same spot he missed i dont no how but he did.
He said he had buck fever and missed i said it happens to the best hunters its why we hunt.
