FEMA comes under Homeland Security as does every other federal Law Enforcement Agency. FEMA is way past scary and HLS is downright terrifying. Just loose your guns and watch what happens. There is already an established police force within a police force. This is shades of the Nazis and the Gestapo, not figuratively, literally.
You are seeing the results, with federal LEO organizations acting beyond the law with impunity. Another ATF deal just blew up in Milwaukee, a junior F&F deal.
This could all get out of hand very quick.
