In messing with the mod 40, found out peep sights need some work..only had 2 little hard rubber washers as adjusting nuts..I not like so figure find 2. Not happen.. been to every gun smith in area too..not make any such thread count nuts to fit....oh well..back to draw board.. might have to tack another small bolt to the round peep part and cut off the old threaded stud..
