don't forget Kroil.. Aero Kroil specifically. I use it quite a bit but it is mainly used for crud busting and such uses..it just doesn't seem to go away easily. But I've never used it in the manner you may run this test.. Have fun. I have used many of those products..especially when I was working on guns. When I sold Amsoil many years ago they had a good syn oil product as did a local(Maryland) company I grew up using Hoppes #9..but to be honest was not impressed with it. Rem oil keeps a gun working but not a protectant but I used to get it free. It evaporates..leaves teflon.. Any way..lookin forward to your evaluations
