Hey thanks Dom
This is always a special day for me because my Grandpas and Grandmas, my Mom and Dad and 8 Brothers and Sisters and my Twin and I got to Ellis Island and we were on our way to being citizens of this great country. Well my Sister and I were citizens because we were born inside international waters or so the Doctor said. We always kidded the rest of our siblings about being imported. I can not even start to comprehend the happiness and relief they must have felt when they were done with their processing. Knowing my Grandfather, he would have climbed the Statue of Liberty and kissed her. Hey I also share my birthday with the Douglas DC-3 and the Winchester Model 70. Thanks again, Bill

Happy birthday, Billy. I can remember sitting at the end of the runway for an hour in a C-47 (DC-3), no a/c, hot and humid, with the worst hangover known to man. I was TDY in Takli (sp) Thailand from Bien Hoa with my load crew and we discovered Singhi beer. Makes me shake just thinking about it.
