Alaska Trapping 09-10
Here are a few pictures from our longline. We run 170 mile trapline on snowmachine (snowmobile) for three months every year.
lynx in a foothold  Our only wolf of the year  a wolverine in a bucket set  another lynx  a marten in a mailbox set  an arctic fox...rarity out here  a big mink  an otter  our final catch pic

Great thread, nice catch. Good to see trapping is still doing good in places. Afraid it might fade in to oblivion in the lower 48. I remember when when a person could make a fair living from trapping alone.
