Don't Threaten the Court in Idaho

Just got back from visiting my parents in SE Idaho. The local news is that some joker got convicted of something, and was given 5 years for it. When the sentence was announced, the guy threw a book, and hit the court recorder, told the Prosecutor that in 5 years, he'd be out, and come after him. Judge thought it over for a minute and said. "Just a minute. Let's make that 15."
