Great i hope... Well....

I got a emachine W3080... Its got the DVD drive and below it the normal one... I got windows home xp... The drive name is...

Lite-on LTR 48327S

Everytime i put a CD in the Normal drive (Lite-On) It dont read no disk... And i cant burn no cds because of this.. Someone please help... I really aprecaite it...
