Well I wouldn't call Saskatchewan exciting, but it is a lovely province. People there, like most of the west, are friendly and square shooters. I've been to Regina a few times. It's a surprisingly old city and crawling with indians who seem to like us much more than they should. I think Saskatchewan is like a big Kansas. On a clear day you seem to be able to look right across it. Maybe because of the topography you always seem to be aware of the sky. I wouldn't feel at all put out calling it home. Best wishes.

I was born in the Southwestern part of Sask... moved to the west coast when I was 4... Came back about 10 years ago now.. I live right on the border of Alberta & SK on the AB side. I travel quite a bit through SK as my parents live in the southern part.

It is a nice province.. but it has its problems too.. the taxes are too high and people are moving to Alberta or to BC. Hopefully the gov't there will wake up and fix the problems.
