			Mornin quigleysharps4570,,  I had a Mennonite tan the yote hide for me, then I made a hat outta it, it was the 2nd one I made from them,, No time at all in that part, Maybe an hour of sewin and fittin ,, As for the deer hide, I just used saddle soap on the hide after I scraped it, I didn't want the blanket to soft, It is pliable, just not as soft as I want a hat to be,, So that was no problem with saddle soap, I think the next deer hide I get I will make a rug for the habitat that dog can lay on,
