That is a good looking dog Nulle. Do you have any idea where he came from? I'm talking kennel wise.

No idea on this dog = He was found a year ago along the Whitewood service road half starved with pinch collar marks on his neck and in pretty bad shape.

Man, now I'm wishing I wouldn't have had you put the pictures out there. I want both of them. I wish that I had a bigger place for them to run. I don't know where I would put another dog. I'm going to have to think on this. The wirehair concerns me, because being ten years old, I'd get attached to him and then he'd be gone. Have you had a chance to get them out and run them in fields with bird scent?

The shorthair I have with the bird wing on line, thrown, and planted. He points brings it back and finds and have shot around him with no problem. He is at my home now and looks like he is going to stay there lol.
The wirehair I will work with today = go to petfinder.com and he is on there with more information on what the owner told me.
Just go to dogs, South Dakota, and scroll to Sturgis SD.

Ya I know what you mean on the age thing but he seems to be very healthy and strong. I rescued this dog last summer when he got loose from his owners yard and got trapped by his chain under a log for several days of 100 degree heat without water and when found was remarkably fine.

Ok, I'll quit drooling all over myself then. I'll keep my eyes open for someone who might be interested in the wirehair. If I find someone I'll let you know. I still want to come over sometime this spring and take a look at your operation and maybe get my dog chipped.
