What County is it in and what town is it closest to? How much of the land is wooded? Has it ever been timbered?

You mention gas wells. Are the mineral and gas rights included in the sale

HI petey,

All of the property is timbered in mostly hardwoods, red oak, cherry, etc.
Because of the slopes, only about thirty percent is ever timbered.
Timbering brings us $300,000 every 25 years.
It was timbered 5 years ago.
Gas, and mineral rights go with sale.
All of the coal, is still in place.
The only property in area that still has it's coal.
Located in Armstrong county, Madison township.
North of Kittanning Pa. on the Redbank creek, very close to the mouth of the Allegheny river. (deep water).
Scrub timbering, and clean up completed last year.
Two beaver ponds on property.

Pa prop for sale

Petey,
Where do you live in Pa?
Are you close to this property?

I forgot to mention, that free natural gas, goes with this property.
200,000 cu ft per year, is free for your personal use.
That is more than enough for heat, and producing all the electricity you could possibly want.

All you need is a garden, to live off the fat of the land!

Yup,

I live just North, in Clarion County. I'm probably not more than 20-30 mins away depending on how far North you are from Kittaning.

Kittaning is about 40 minutes away from me, but if you're around New Bethleham, which is sounds like you are, then you're not more than 20 or so minutes away. I might have someone that's interested

Hunting property NW Pa

Hi Petey,

The property is on the Red Bank River in Armstron County.

The Red Bank is the dividing line between Clarion, and Armstrong Couny.
So yes, you can stand on the property, and look at Clarion County.
By water directions, it is just south of Brady's Bend, off the Allegheny river.
You can see Brady's bend from the land.
I can't remember how far it is from Kittanning, but I think it's 20 to 30 minuets north.
It is very near, a small town on the map called "Rydel"
Yes it is very close to New Bethleham!
If you were standing on the property facing north, you would see Clarion County (other side of Red Bank Creek), and to your left the Allegheny river.
I hope this helps you.
If you need more detailed info, call me @ 770 634 5787, anytime.
