45 shot shells

Well, I got some no 11 shot and loaded some 45 Colt shot shells using 9 grains of Unique and and 45 gas checks. The bottom gas check is rim up between the powder and shot. I covered the shot with another gas check rim down and crimped it in place. (See thread below dated 4/8). Initial results are very encouraging. Much more apparent impact than commercial capsule loads. Need to do some paterning using my 10" Contender, with and without choke, then the Black Hawk.
