How`s everyone been doin?
I have been real busy,....and now that its May ,.You all know what I`m doing,.....and for those of you who don`t ,.GOBBLE !GOBBLE ,!
Well I wanted to say hi, and also ,...it looks like alot of the stuff i posted here last year is an issue for the DEC and some possible changes,.
Crossbows and Youth Hunting requirements ( Age Limit), Those are 2 of about 6 others i am pushing for.

I am waiting for my ACOD to be over with,...in JULY then I am suppose to contact the DEC feller,.and then he is going to schdule me for my classes to start.
I have been reading alot on the courses,...and my father is sick as well as my mother,(they live in Ohio), So I have been preoccupied with that,....and I resigned from my job due to some (ALOT) , of broken promises and Iam now in the process of looking and obtaining a new employer.
And with all that and a few other little things,.....I have been scouting for next years deer season,......(thats if CWD doesnt go crazy,...got 3 cases so far here in NY),and also working on gettin me a Spring Gobbler.

I am glad to be back on HuntChat,.and I see all my buds are still here and some newbies,....I still have the same outlook on NY and its way of DEER MANAGING,(POOR), and I am still lobbing to get Crossbows legalized and get the age requirement lowered so we can get kids more involved in hunting at an earlier age.

Glad to see you back, and I am sorry to hear about your parents.

I think New York is the only state that is more liberal than Maryland. I have a section 8 housing/welfare client that moved here from New York and she was complaining that Maryland didn't give her nearly as much money as New York.

Maryland has also legalized the use of crossbows for a couple of weekends I believe. I bought one as a result but haven't used it yet. Maryland also has a deer epidemic.

Well, I have to finish reviewing the rest of the new posts and then I have to get to work.

I may be moving back to Ohio,....not quite sure yet.
I have alot of loose ends I`d have to take care of here first.
Not alot of jobs here,.(Upstate), .and every place else around here is far away.
And with the gas prices the way they are,.well there`s no chance of me being able to afford to drive to Albany NY everyday.
But I plan on posting here regardless of the state I live and I am also talking to a pal of mine in Ohio about the hunter Safety course Instructors there.
He thinks i am still certified there.But he`s checking on it to make sure.

P.S. Seen a nice Gobbler at Potter Rd area,......couldn`t get him to me,....alot of hens wondering with him,...and MAN he was a struting!!!!

I sure will,......at this very moment I am looking for work,...So while I was waiting on Resumes to print out I thought i would come in a see whats going on.

Didn`t get to go Turkey huntin this morning but wanted to real bad.
But I gotta get back to work somewhere before igo crazy and broke at the same time,....lol
