snows

I Had a great day hunting in Del. Saturday. I came home with seven Canadas and eleven snow geese. One Canada was wearing jewelery.

We hunted at Dover, Off of route 8. there is a concrete plant with a big pond that must have had ten thousand snows on it. When they would take off the whole sky would turn white. I have never seen anything like it before. Saturday before we pot out shells and they were all flying high and wouldnt decoy in. This time we used wind socks and it really turned them. The canadas kept coming in to the edge of the spread. Saw several ducks too but they did not decoy in.

Ok I know the area you are hunting. I use to do alot of hunting up at little creek. A good friend use to drive a big truck for Phil Cartanza (sp?) and he had hundreds of acres to hunt. I miss being able to hunt up there.
