Scope Rings

My brother is getting a Henry .22 Lever Action for Christmas. I already have a Bushnell 4x29 and I want to give it to him as well. The only thing is that the part of the ring that clamps to the gun is missing. I've found some rings on the net but I'm not sure what size or type to get. I have found a nice set of 1' inch rings with 3/8 receiver for a great price, but Im just not sure if they will fit. What do i check to make sure they will fit?
