i have a hoopkins and allen no 3xl with a spur trigger and 3 inch oactagon barel with walnut grips and am seeking the value for it
and any other information about it

According to Blue Book #26, it was probably manufactured between 1902 and 1914. It was one of numerous listed and unlisted variants. If it is an XL, it should be a double action, nickle-plated five-shot.
They list values of $55 to $160 depending on original finish remaining.
