Question Fly tying kit

I'm thinking of taking up fly tying - what is a good kit for a beginner? What supplies should I get to start with? Any books or videos to help me get started? Any tips or tricks?

Check out the Swap and Shop.....there is an Orvis fly tying kit for sale in there. Just posted.

Also, to get a good idea about flies and fly tying, patterns etc nad related books check out this site. It will get you going.
