Slipped away while no one was looking
Went on vacation this week. Rented small cabin on a lake in Alabama. It was so far out in the middle of nowhere that the cell phone did not work, which was nice. Cabin did have a land line. We only gave the number to our daughter in case she needed us. This is what we woke to each morning.

Wow, you have no idea how jealous I am right now. Beautiful place and I miss bass fishing in the lower 48.

Beautiful pictures.
My Aunt and Uncle have a place like that in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Most peaceful place I've ever been. Can't beat those kind of places for relaxation.
