SBE II Flyway Edition

Check out the SBE II Flyway Edition on Gunbroker.com, looks like the matched set every up and coming young lawyer should have on his Christmas list.
My wife already told me to forget it, I guess I haven't been that good...

Merry Christmas everyone

Thanks TJ.

I just ran a 5th bike frame for the year through my wife to build a cheap bike to keep at her parents for when we visit. Somehow, I doubt a pair of guns is going to get the pass. Plus, I she already gave me the pass for an AR-10 and AR-15 in the next couple of months, and those two guns combined are going to be $5,000 without glass. I think I'll be pushing it a little on these SBE's, but I'm going to take a look anyway.

Merry Christmas.

If we weren't looking to buy a house this year, I hadn't already spent $20,000 on bikes, and I wasn't about to buy $5,000 worth of AR's, I would seriously be thinking about dropping $10,000 on that 4 gun SBE flyway set. The thing is that I would never even fire those guns, and I am not yet at the point where I can buy guns that I am only willing to use as art.

Now, if the entire set doesn't sell by Christmas, they are going to be split up and sold individually for $2,550 a piece. Maybe we should get 4 guys together from each different flyway and each buy one. Then we can get together some time and all 4 guns can be together again. Wouldn't that be touching.

Beretta once offered a Renaissance (sp.) edition of 682. 5 guns. Two 12 gauge, one 20, one 28, and one .410. The set went for $125,000 and I actually got to see them in person at the Beretta gallery in Arlington, VA when it was still there. Just beautiful guns.
