Illinois Controlled Pheasant Hunts

For the past twenty years I have enjoyed the Illinois state "Controlled Pheasant Hunt" program wherein they stock pheasants in some state parks and then charge a $15 daily fee for hunting during November and December. Many Missouri hunters also participated.

The state is now undergoing financial/budget problems, and the govenor is planning to end this program.

An e-mail to the governor or a state representative may help?

I am sure they should have taken into account the Sportsmans dollars that helped support that program or NOT .
It is very hard to figure the "powers to be" at times but there is an election year and he needs to know the Sportsman may be heard loud and clear.
