This is what we sometimes have to deal with...
I am a member of a sportsmens club located in the heart of Harold Parker State Forest in Andover, Massachusetts. I came across the below article recently and thought I would share it with y'all. This is one of the reasons I do not hunt in Harold Parker State Forest. You never know what kind of people you will encounter.

That's what I would call a Witch Hunt.
Just normal hippies in Indiana but a fair number of Spiratualist in Indiana still also. You hear of good witches now and then. They seem to never be in the woods in season. Just when it's warm.

Hey BriBri
If you can lick them, join them. Yes there are what some would call them wacko's. Then again I've been called that also.. After all I'm a gun toten red neck from Massachusetts. Actually I hunted it a couple of times and didn't run into any problems. Got a good spot in Templeton. The templeton development center. Like a mental hospital. About 4000 acres. Saw deer every time I hunted it. Turkery's everwhere. And best of all it Archery only. Check out the state F&G website under places to go. Actually pretty cool place with friendly people and security force. About a hours drive from you. |
