I got a Weaver!
Did me some searching on Craig's List, and a guy had a Weaver CV9 (3-9x 38), he was asking $75 plus postage, I offered $60, (this was counting the shipping cost), and he said okay!
Got it today, it looks great, just did the dunk test......no problem.  This is a good day.

I've had a 2 1/2 power Weaver for about 40 years. Still bright and clear and steel. It sits on my Muzzle Loader.
