Well some new acquisitions

Not all yard sale finds but most were pretty good buys. Encore bbls I acquired were a 26 inch SS 204 Ruger with a Trashco 10-40x50 on it. Got 80 new cases 5 boxes of Hornady bullets and 70 once fired cases...along with 35 factory loads and a set of RCBS dies for 300 bucks..a bit much but gonna try her out on Friday makin sure it's sighted in..also got an Encore pistol bbl in 460 with a Burris 2-7x32 posi lock scope 84 cases and 16 once fired..2 boxes of Barnes bullets in 200 gr and 275 gr as well as a set of RCBS carbide dies all for less than the price of the scope.. Think I am also gonna be buying a Contender SSK bbl in 45-70. I am probably gonna regret that one though. Found a new in the box Savage 50 cal muzzleloader for a very fair price. Surprisingly I just gave my other one to my grandson back east. He is now one for one on the deer with it. 46 gr of AA 5744 w/a MMP sabot and a 250 gr Hornady XTP pistol bullet. Said the 7 pointer was about 70 yds and a bang flop. Found another Leupold VXII 3-9x40 with the long range duplex reticle for 200 bucks at the last gun show..new in box too.Gonna put it in Leupold QR mounts to use on the Kimber 8400 300 Win Mag. Also acquired at the gun show were a couple of Smiths..one a 15-2 38 Special and a nice 19-3 357..both 4 inch and both for 400 bucks. Even got the box for the 19...Otherwise the gun show really sucked. Did find a Winchester 64 Deluxe 30-30 in really nice shape but the guy wants a bit much. When he gets to 750...I'm gonna buy it. I'll save the others for another post ..
