7-30 waters pointed bullets

Has anyone ever found a pointed bullet that will feed in a winchester 94 7/30 waters.
All of my 7mm bullets, i have to seat below the straight side of the bullet. If I don't, the overall length of the round is to long to feed. Or if I load a single round in the chamber I cannot eject.

I have no problem with flat nose and round nose. I just want to try some of the polytip,

To the best of my recollection..yer outta luck. You might try the 120 Hornady..or something fairly short. I personally have a Contender in 7-30

I have had similar problems with .30-30 spitzers in both my Marlin 336 lever and Savage M340 bolt rifles. They just fon't like long pointy bullets!

I do believe your just about out of luck. You might look at some Hornady round nose bullets. They look staight to a long way.
