Done Did It Again...More aquisitions

Did a small local gun show this last weekend... It was a long weekend. But, I think I made a great buy. A fellow came to me who bought a nice military rifle from me. I actually sold it too cheaply but still made a good profit... anyway he brought me 5 guns to sell because he figured I had been more than fair(his words). In order he had a like new Polytech M1A...Not SA but still decent..2nd was a Colt Officers Model Match 38 in a bit better than 90%..3rd is a Colt New Service revolver in 45 Colt..best part this is marked RNWMP no 1858 on the backstrap and it is in at least 80% condition..Not bad for a gun made in about 1917...and carried by a Mountie. Then there was a Russian made SKS in exec condition with blade bayonet... dated 1945 and all milled parts... no Chinese junk here Last but not least he had a Inglis Browning High Power with tangent sights and it also included the wooden holster/stock with the Leather holster carrying stop that fits the stock/holster. I have seen all those parts of the Inglis before but never in a complete package. I bought all but the SKS but am going to buy it tomorrow.

Had a 52 for awhile. Not a bullseye shooter so got rid of it. Bought the Russkie from the fellow and a Winchester M-100 semi auto post 64 gun in 284 Win. Rare caliber. Also got a nice S&W M-19 no dash 4 inch gun. And for some odd crazy reason applied for a concealed carry license(don't need it here) and for another Federal Firearms License. Duh! I will post a pic of the Ingles Browning as it is the oddest one of the bunch. Shot the M-1A..shoots pretty good. Heavy!! Had an offer of 1500 on the New Service Colt

Not to downplay the OMM....Colt grips have never been 100% in my hands.
When doing bulls eye, I primarily used Smiths and Gold Cups...unless it was the issued box with AMU weapons.

skeet,

Well Done! The military surplus market is pretty thin hereabouts lately. At our last big gun show in Morris, PA, I got lots of needed parts, slings, etc., but no iron.
