Bulk 45 ACP?
Anybody know where I can get a DEAL on bulk 45 acp ball ammo? I need to get back into shooting my 1911 and ammo prices are getting insane.

I agree prices are going insane. I think the GI Ball ammo is about sold off. I have not seen real GI Ball for several years. Midway and others have .45ACP that is Wolf brand, Korean or some such origin and that is not cheap, as I recall. I got in a supply of commercial brass a while back and am casting SWCs. Best of luck. In my latest issue of Shotgun News, J&G Sales out of Prescott, AZ has Russian Wolf 45 ACP steel case for $119.90 for 500rds, Sellier & Bellot brass case @ $159.50 for 500rds, and Aguila brass case for $149.95 for 500rds. All are 230 gr., FMJ.
