nice weather and strutting birds

First off, I just have to say that I'm loving the incredible weather. After the winter we've had, it's nice to see the sun and the temps in the 50s and 60s. This has brought the local birds out in force. I'm finally seeing groups of birds and the large flocks seem to be dissapating already. I've seen a different group of birds everymorning this week, most comprising of either gobblers together or some jakes and hens. There has been one larger flock of 23 birds that I had been seeing that were not around as normal this morning. I think maybe it has started disbanding as well. The local birds are strutting and I'm hoping to get out in the woods this weekend to hear my first gobble of the year.

Good Luck to all!!!!
