That looks like a nice one.How many sheds do you find a year?

i find on average 100 fresh elk 40 fresh deer. some years are better than others, some not so good. my best season was 2001, i found over 250 fresh elk sheds. i also find the old ones to but i only count the fresh i find. i went for a walk today and found an elk spike and a small 5 point elk all last years drops. how much deer sheds do you find?

I don't find very many last year I found 34 sheds.I live in the wrong state for shed hunting.The deer nunbers are down and their is so much competition its tough to find any.But I will never stop looking this season starts my 18th year looking for sheds.Man I wish we had some elk around here it would be cool to be able to find elk sheds.

Hows the shed hunting going?All the bucks I'm seeing are still carrying both sides.I hope they start dropping so.

i went out yesterday found 5 old sheds. i would have had a fresh 6*7 set but i left to late. i was hiking this ridge and saw someone walking the same ridge coming my way so i went down a dranege. no more than 2 mins later i heard the guy yell. he found a big 6*7 set i was . thay are starting to drop here. i just have not found yet. .
