Thanks Fabs the guns are registered and were not concealed..so the teeth of the charges wont seem to stand....thanks for your support..

Spent 30 years in LE, am not familar with Fla. laws. But I sure am on your side, hope the charges are quickly dropped. Problem is, it will cost you hard earned money anyway. Would hope that you get a DA that has common sense and uses good judgement. Hang in there Val.

What gets my goat is the news reporter, Macollvie Jean-François, and her staff researcher, Barbara Hijek, siding with a scumbag creep like that. Where is their sense? I guess they don't realize you have been trying to protect them or one of their loved ones from this freak and freaks like him. McPat
