Early Fathers Day

Don't know where they found it......Kids n Mom found the ole goat a nylon Boonie Hat...vintage 1967....with E6 tab sewn in.....
dang...brings back memories...threw my original away!

Did you ever get to serve with any Aussies?

One thing I liked about them, they never let a stinkin' War get in the way of having a good time.

I doubt many of them had PTSD when they went home. They were for the most part jovial and outdoors type people.

Had a counterpart that was Aussie engineer type........funny, they weren't there...musta been my imagination!They did like to make a good time!LOL
