GOB,

I am glad you survived. What were the circumstances? Did he emerge from a side road or swever into your lane of travel? Do you have a lawyer? It seems I never saw 90 mph speed limits when I went to college at Lamar in Beaumont. As a Beaumont cop, we had NO 90 MPH limits in East Texas.

He was riding the double yellow line, I had just started across it to pull into my drive, I didn't see him due to the road layout and his speed. He was found completely at fault by higway patrol due to excessive speed. Speed limit is 60 on my road. Don't have a lawyer yet.

GOB, glad you still with us. Big guy upstairs pulls through at times when needed. When 17, man hit me head on headlight for headlight and I can feel your sudden stop. You must be living right. Keep it up. Were you alone in car? If here in W.Pa, first thing cops would say to you is ' hope you have good insurance because other driver probably don't' We have a HUGE problem here with people crossing the center line. Cops do nothing about that but never go 5mph over the speed limit. Wow.
