I've often wondered about the counting system used to detiremine the amount of viewers. Sounds like someone from the federal gov't is in charge of it.

I would say a good many of the non-members (guest) are bots such as the google bot, bing bot and so on. All your search engines have a program to crawl the web for info and report back to the home site.
